Shipping policy

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Local Pickup

Available in Cape Town by appointment. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside South Africa.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the courier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

6. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
